Displayed price is final and includes FREE shipping. For UK customers or customers outside EU there's no VAT charged.

Ordering

After placing the order we will confirm requested colors with you. To not increase complexity of such orders it is advised to choose around 5 colors. Less colors means faster processing and shipments. Of course you can go with 10 colors but it might take a bit longer.

We will also confirm shipping costs that normally should be free across Europe and UK.

Production

Your order is queued to production and starts within few days. We will confirm exact day when manufacturing starts. Whole order is not shipped at once. As it is being produced boxes are being filled. One box contains 20pcs of filaments. Each filament is 1kg netto material, approx. 1.4kg packaged. See below.

Shipments

Your filaments are shipped directly from factory using Express shipping (2-3 business days delivery). Shipments are done in batches as your boxes (20pcs each) are filled with ordered colors. Normally one box with 20 filaments leaves factory every 24-48 hours. This could be confirmed upfront and depends on amount of colors.
